of Feb. 13, 1856 in Frederick City, Md. and were buried there. Issue, Winder, Mary Margaret, Frank,
Gertrude, James, and Louisa. Frank & Gertrude died in infancy.
Phebe W. Townsend md. Beekman V. Hoffman, U.S.N. Nov. 29, 1817. He died Dec. 10, 1834. Issue,
Margaret, Gertrude, Mary. The last died in infancy.
