Bible of the Blair and Passmore family. Entries written on a blank page in the back at a much later
date and dates are incomplete.

My Mother (Blair) was born on June 4th 1819. Married ni [sic] 1838. Died ni [sic] 1854 Aug 31st.

Nancy Freeman Blair was born on June 8th, 1840 married in 18__ ____ Came, married in 18__
____ Parson. Died in 1910 Sept. 5th.

Susie Mary Came was born on Dec. 5th 18__, Married in 18__ Charles S. Passmore, Died in  .

Lynnie Ethel Passmore was born on Nov. 19th 1890. Married in 1924 Thomas P. Graham.

Boisean Receives Life Scout Rank
Jim Murphy f Troop 33 in Boise held the rank f Life scout Friday, following a court of honor in the
Bishop Tuttle house.
Dick Ross of Troop 33 was advanced to Star scout, and Byron Ryals o Troop 21 to the rank f First
class.
Merit Badges were presented to: Robert Graham, Dick Ross and Richard C. Ross, all of Troop 33;
Alfred Miller, Troop 34; Sherman Merrill, Troop 40; Dee Higginson, Troop 44; Bobby Jones and
Byron Ryals, of Troop 21; Jack Long, William Quong, Harold Pfieffer, Wayne Washam and Floyd
Cummings, all of Troop 27 at Eagle.
Presiding over the court of honor in the absence of Dean Barkow, chairman of the advancement
committee, was Arthur Hays, and assisting him were Dr. A. H. Simmons, Floyd Cummings, Richard
C. Ross, James A. Murphy and Scout Executive A. O. Soderberg.
