I, Edward H. floyd-Jones, of Massapequa, Nassau county, New York, do hereby certify that the paper writing
hereto annexed is a true and correct copy of the record of births and deaths etc. written in a certain Holy
Bible in my possession, having the appearance of age, on the title page which is printed: "Te Dordrecht Bij
Pieter en Jacob Keur Anno 1729". The said copy has been carefully examined and compared by me with the
original and is a complete and accurate copy of said written record and of each and every part thereof,
and that the appearance of the writing indicates that all of the entries thereof are old.
