The Bible is in poor condition, the first few pages are missing, the Family Register has been removed,
the binding is falling apart. The Marriage Certificate was kept in the Bible, though quite torn. M. L.
Archer & E. A. Archer are embossed on the front cover.
The Bible is now in the possession of the Nishna Heritage Museum, Oakland, Iowa.

Pottawattamie Co. State of Iowa were by me united together in Holy Matrimony on the 24 day of
December in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Four In Presence of Daniel
